    Hello!

Are you experiencing this problem with The SEO Framework or the theme?

The SEO Framework doesn’t change any visible content on the pages; it also won’t change the URL. It will only direct the search engines via metadata in the <head> element of your pages, which is invisible to the visitor. If you inspect the page’s source, you can see a block of The SEO Framework metadata.

In that metadata, I took special considerations that URLs won’t output /page/1. However, I understand that some themes may accidentally add this data because “1” isn’t “nothing,” and “something” could be useful (which, in this case, it isn’t).

So, I recommend trying a different theme and see if you’re still facing the same issue. If not, report the issue to the original theme’s author. If the issue still occurs and you wish me to take a look, please share the URL of the page affected. Thanks!
