Padding settings not working

  • WP version 6.1.1
    MINS theme

    I’m hoping it’s just my woeful lack of coding knowledge that is at fault here and a simple fix will resolve my issue.

    I’m trying to pad the spacing around text within a stack that has a colored background (there appears to be no padding currently). From the Visual Editor I selected the desired stack and adjusted the ‘Padding’ settings under ‘Group settings.’ It definitely changes the padding within the Visual Editor and the padding changes are reflected in the code (when checking from the Code Editor)… but when I preview the page or update it those padding changes aren’t there. Please help!

  • Could you try clearing the page cache?

    Also check your custom CSS styles for global settings related to padding?
