• Having trouble getting the widget to appear properly on tablets and mobile devices. Looks perfect on the computer.

I’m using Site Origin for page layout and have tried changing the padding and margins but nothing has worked. Also removed the slide in animation. Would love any ideas because it looks bad…worse on mobile than on the tablet.

    Hello KimPatt,

Thanks for reaching out, and truing our plugin out.

This is some rather strange behavior. Usually the widgets look just fine on mobile devices, so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Could you please remove any custom CSS you have added, and get back to me? I want to inspect the issue as is, to see what CSS fixes I can come up with.

Let me know when that’s done, or if it is already, and I’ll do my best to clean that up of possible.

Hi, thank you for that. I removed the custom CSS and animation for the widget. Hope that helps.
