Padding left and right on mobile

    Hi!

    First of all, you have a great plugin for the e-mail design.

    But i encounter a problem on mobile. The confirmation mail has no padding on the left and right side on mobile.

    I tried some CSS from another topic: 

    #template_container, #template_header_image, #template_header, #template_body, #template_footer {
width:100% !important;
max-width:600px !important;
min-width:400px !important;
}
#wrapper {
    max-width: 600px !important;
    margin: 0 auto !important;
    padding: 0 !important;
}

    But that doesn’t make sense.

    I tried to make a screenshot with my iPhone, but on the shot it looks good…. But on my screen the right column is half visible.

    Any idea how to give some padding?

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out! Is it just the confirmation email that is doing this? Your screenshot should show exactly what you’re seeing, so I’m confused why that would look good but live it does not. Can you confirm that your mobile browser is not zoomed in?

    Hi Hannah,

    The problem occurs with all email. Just tested it. I’ve sent them to my hotmail emailadres.

    It should show the same… But at the left side the text is all to the left. And at the right side it’s half shown.

    I can confirm that my screen is not zoomed in. I use an iPhone 13 with the iPhone e-mail app.

    Any idea what i can do?

    When i make a screenshot with my phone you see the good image.

    Is this only happening on one device? It looks to me like your browser is zoomed in. Are other emails displaying normal on that device?

    On a iPhone 13 with the mail app the problem occurs. When i forward the mail to an iPhone Xs and use the Outlook app, the problem is solved.

    The mail looks zoomed, but is not. Other mails are looking as they should.

    Hi Hannah,

    In the meantime i tested on some devices, Apple and Android.

    It seems like the problem is only on iPhones with the standartd “Mail” app.

    We tried the Outlook and Gmail app and the problem is gone.

    Is this something you experience?
