pad the widget to the left side

  • Hi.
    two problems.
    1. I want to pad / move the widgets to the left side . 2 widgets horizontally.
    tried to pad. no luck because I have a picture widget and it resize the picture,shrink it.

    sorry , I need to the right side.
    the left side is by default. tried to pad it to the right . no luck with a picture/gif widget.
