packing slips and refunds in micro template

Hi,

I already talked to Bas Elbers via e-mail and he told me to place a support ticket here.

1. I installed your plugin but i cannot find the packing slips in the order. “Disable Packing Slips” is not selected. so it should be enabled.

2. in the new micro template I cannot see any refunds or taxes. In the minimal template I could choose to show this. Why not in the new template?
It sais this is part of the free version.
