Packing slip not attached to mail

    When a customer orders something in my store i get a notification. With the notification i get the invoice of the order but not the packing slip. I followed every instruction and increased the memory from 64M to 128M.

    Hello Alexander,
    The Packing Slip attachment is a feature of our Professional extension. If you have this plugin but the attachment is not working even when you have enabled it under WooCommerce > Documents > Packing Slips > “Attach to:”, please send and email to [email protected] with your license key or order number and we’ll do our best to help find the root cause for this!
