Packing Slip Includes Unwanted Information

  • Hello,

    First, thanks for the great plugin – it is fantastic. My problem is with the packing slip generation. I send the packing slip attached to the admin new order email with every order.

    My admin new order email includes the shipping class information (done through my functions.php file) – I need this information for dropshippers and managers so they can print the packing slip and send the order.

    The PDF packing slip is attached to the email. It also includes the shipping class information. I do not want the shipping class info in the packing slip.

    The PDF packing slip from the order page does not include the shipping class info and is perfect.

    Is there any way I can exclude that information from the packing slip that is attached to the new order email? I know it is being taken from there somehow but am not proficient enough to figure out how to exclude it.

    Hi Michele,

    By default it is not possible to attach the PDF packing slip to any of the emails when using our free version. This is only possible if you are using our Professional extension.
