    Hello,

    I have been using the FREE version of this plugin and just ran across something strange. In case you did not know about it, I wanted to let you know.

    If you refund an item from an order, the Packing Slip still shows the refunded item. There are no notes that it has been refunded. Just looks like a normal item that needs packed up and shipped out.

    Is there any way to make this happen? Can the template be edited to show that the item has been refunded? Or the plugin updated to do that? Does the PRO version update the packing list?

    Hello Jared,
    That’s correct – the free version does not consider refunds, this is something that we have reserved for the Professional extension which (on the refunds part) does two things:

    • Give you the option to subtract refunded quantities from the packing slips (it adds a setting under PDF Invoices > Documents > Packing Slip)
    • Let you create credit invoices for the refund
