packing id in CDATA

Too bad.

At first it really works well.

But unfortunately the ID fields are encapsulated with CDATA which Google simply refuses to handle properly. So all I get when using this plugin are hundrets of errors.

There is a setting to export the ID as pure and simple integer value but the plugin simply ignores this setting and keeps on using CDATA.
