Packaging up theme so that when installed it includes content pages and data bas

Hi
Please excuse me I’m new to word press… I have made a child theme off the 2011 default. I have no issue FTPing up the files. The issue comes here.
1) the content pages do not show up because the data bases are not automatically created. I have had to import the content pages. I’m Obviously missing something!
2) The links do not update for example: If I have a site named https://www.adszoom.com
( this is the domain that the original child theme was built )
and I want the new site to be https://www.alabama.adszoom.com ( the name of the fresh install of word press ( name of blog and name of sub domain in cpanel ) the pages do not update. They stay https://www.adszoom.com/whatever . so this is the issue.

3) would like the settings and plug in’s included. ( lower priority then above issues )

Can someone help me with this.

Ps I even tried to use the directory ( molti site config ) and ran into the same issue’s and can not go in and man update the links if using the sub domain option. If you click on the links it takes you back to the original site.
