I am getting this error after my hosting company did a migration to a new server. Can anyone help with what I need to do to fix this. It happens when I try to create a new gallery and add images to it. No images get added and this error shows up in the error logs.

    public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/fs/package.module.fs.php on line 263

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @josparky,

Sometimes migrations might not go as smooth as planned and some issues might appear, please try deactivating and deleting, then reinstalling NextGEN Gallery.

    Please keep me posted.

I have already tried all that before posting this. I did do and update to the newest version of wordpress and updated the nextgen plugin to latest. That did fix the upload issue but brought on a mess of other issues starting with the version 3.50 and up the albums on the front end will not show when clicked on had to revert back to the 3.41 version to get everything working again. From the looks of all the problems posted here looks like yall went a little backwards with the changes from 3.5 and up. I hope you can get all the bugs worked out with that. I will just stay with version 3.41 till then. anything above that is just too buggy.

    Hi @josparky,

I’m sorry to hear of the other issues. Can you provide us with a link to your album page that doesn’t display?

I cannot as I had to have that sight running for a client and can not mess with debugging this at this time. The sight is live and I had to revert it back to 3.41 version like I said so the client can continue with his business. Hopefully from all the other post seeming to have some of the same issues you can get them all worked out in the future versions. I have just left his at the 3.41 as it is working for now. I would have to break a live sight for you to see the problem. I think I described it pretty well.

    Hi @josparky,

Could you let me know if you have set the albums to open in lighbox?

We are aware of an issue with albums not opening in lightbox that our dev team will solve in the next update.

Not sure exactly what you mean when you ask this. I do have lightbox effects set at Fancybox and on the page the albums are on when clicking on the album it does open in the lightbox to view all the images. The problem I am having with the newer versions was not that when clicking on an album from the album page it would not even open the images to see them it would just go back to the album page like it just refreshed the page.

    Hi @josparky,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!
