Package build incomplete – Database only

To get the package build log file, go to Duplicator > Packages, and click the “Details Button for the corrupted package.

Unfortunately, the log file didn’t show much information.

Could you please try the below and let me know if it helps?
– On your website admin dashboard
– Go to Duplicator Pro > Settings > Packages > Basic Settings
– Select PHP Code in SQL Mode setting
– Try another build

Thanks for providing the screenshot and the log file.

The package log file didn’t show much information but the screenshots show that the server is unable to handle the request.

It sounds like the server is killing the zip process.?Switching to the DupArchive engine should get around this, since it takes less resources and is generally more robust.?

Go to Settings > Packages and set Archive Engine to “DupArchive” then try another build.

Please let me know if this works.

It seems to be the server. I think we need to upgrade to a dedicated server.

I’m running into the same problem again, but this time on a different server and it’s a different website.

This is a dedicated server and this time I’m using the Pro version. My client purchased the plugin yesterday, so I don’t have logins at the moment.

But because this is an URGENT task to get the website up, I’m reaching out here for now.

I’m trying to create a package by backing up only the database. The database’s size is just over 500mb, but the package only builds 31.5mb. This is clearly wrong.

I’ve gone through the process just to try my luck, but I’m running into errors and I’m suspecting it’s because the db did not back up completely. It seems like your plugin can’t handle larger sites. This site is over 3gb and that’s why I’m only backing up the database. But even this fails.

The developer cannot and must not support any customers on this site. They risk getting into real trouble here if they do. That’s not permitted for anyone and @mohammedeisa can’t support you on this site even if you switch to the “free” version. You’re still their customer.
