Pacific Timezones seem to be all set to UTC

    We create an event : 4/27, 8am – 5pm
    Specify time in Honolulu.
    Post it.
    It’s time is in UTC. 4/27 6pm – 3am.

    I try to change the post’s timezone to Guam, Palau, Wake.
    Identical output/same result shown on post.

    Change timezone to UTC. Same.

    Change timezone to Manila.
    Now post adjusts and says 4/26 2pm – 11pm (Honolulu is 18 hours behind Manila).

    So it seems the Pacific time zones are all wrong in this plugin.
