Pachyderm theme layout is a bit off on iOS

I just set up Pachyderm on my blog at rc3.org. It’s working great, except that the page maintains a margin on the right when viewed on the iPhone.
Oddly, this doesn’t happen when I narrow my regular desktop browser. (I tested it in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.) Here’s the page laid out properly in Chrome in a narrow browser:

When I look at the regular Pachyderm demo on my iPhone it looks right, so my guess is that it has something to do with how Mobile Safari is handling the right sidebar that I have on my blog. (It’s not turned on in the demo.)
Anyone run into this problem or know of a fix?
