The PA01-message is sent from Swish and can be caused by:
– You have entered a faulty Swish-number, check that you have entered the number correctly.
– The Swish number that you entered is not a “Swish Handel” (e-commerce) number. The service is not working with a private or corporate Swish number. Contact your bank and order a new “Swish Handel” number.
– The Swish number is not yet approved by the bank. Some banks are issuing Swish numbers and do then have a period of time before they approve your application or in some cases they need signed documents back from you. Check with your bank if your number is active.
– The Swish-number is not set to use BjornTech as a Technical supplier. Ask your bank to set BjornTech as Technical supplier. If you have already asked the bank to do this, double check with the bank that they really did this. Our experience is that some banks constantly do this wrong and you do need to double check that they have NOT set BjornTech as technical contact but as TECHNICAL SUPPLIER.
