P3 profiler complains about plugin load time

    Hi,
    I installed wp2yt uploader. It’s pretty good. Although, I need to make it working by adding lot of different redirect URLs. BTW, I ran a profiler for my website. I found, you plugin took the most time compared to everything else. Why? What are you loading or sending even though I am not actively using it?

    Hi Sajjadul,

    What’s going on is that the Google API is probably loading and sending a request to validate that you still have a valid access token. The API requests should only be sent while logged into the dashboard.

    The API is not used on the front end of the site, so users who visit your site that are not logged in as admins won’t notice any difference outside of the YouTube iFrame loading on the page.
