P2 Theme — Parse error: syntax error…on line 56 Need help, please!

  • Trying to install latest version (1.2.3) of P2 theme. However, upon activation, I get:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in breakingnews.pro/wp-content/themes/p2/functions.php on line 56
