p showing on the top left how to remove

i mean i export current website data from Tools –> Export. wp version 3.1.4 and i create new website in new version 3.3.1 and import that data and run the site p is now showing there..

That p is an orphan. It appears there because it is outside of some tags. It can be from a theme, from old version of WP files, plugins, etc. To locate it you have to open every file and run the find command or manually/visually locate it. It is very tedious. Still, again you have to update to WP 3.4. You already have security warnings, including at Google Webmaster Tools. Do you want to face more problems, or correct the problems?
