Oxygen Theme Issues

I uploaded the Oxygen theme for www.remarpro.com through my host, yahoo small business. I edited the theme to make the navigation widths larger / content widths larger. When I did the custom edit; save/publish – it shows I did it and it shows that it looks correct. When I view my blog live at it’s normal link and out of the ‘preview mode’ that custom edit gives you, these changes do not show up …. All I want to do is make the entire page larger (content) and the navigation and main area larger width wise.
