    Hi! I am using Oxygen builder and it will not load while this plugin is active. Is there a way around this? One possible solution would be to NOT run the content blocking functionality if logged in as administrator…

    That is a problem with Oxygen and not a problem with Cookies and Content Security Policy, since they wrongfully assume that the backend is front end and do not abide by the rules of is_admin().
