Oxygen Integration – Can’t remove sidebar from Single Details element

    Hi there

    I need urgent help regarding my single listing page.

    A week ago my single listing page was working 100% with no sidebar.

    When checking every page, I came across the one of the single listings and that it had a sidebar. I proceeded to delete all widgets in the sidebar, as well as removing it by plugin to make sure that everything is removed. The sidebar when editing in oxygen is still there, but shows blank.

    This is very urgent as I need to go live soon.

    I’ve contacted your technical support as well.

    Hi @chiefomatic,

    That is odd behavior. Disabling the Directorist widgets from Appearance > Disable Widgets seems to have helped. I’ve enabled them back again.
    By the way, I’ll be closing the ticket you’ve submitted as the issue is resolved now. Kindly submit a new one if you have any other issues.
