Oxygen Child Theme, removing 'recent articles' and 'more articles'

I am using the Oxygen Child theme for a client website. I am trying to remove the ‘recent articles’ and ‘more articles’ on the front page for a cleaner look. Here is the site: https://red-card.asia/ Would anyone know how I can do that? I read in another thread to edit out some coding in the post.php file, but I’m unsure of what the steps are to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
