Oxygen Builder support, using a form only

Interested in getting the premium version of this plugin but have 2 questions.

1. Is this compatible with Oxygen Builder? Unlike a WP theme, Oxygen builder is a plugin that takes over and does not rely on a theme. This means that the Woocommerce template files are not used. I added the plugin but cant see the “Add to quote” button anywhere, even when I inspect the code.

2. Rather than having a product that is added to a quote, can we just specify a page with a form, and once the form submits, create a quote and assign a product from there?
