Please could you open your browser’s Developer console (CTRL+SHIFT+J or F12 in most browsers, then select ‘Console’).
Do you see any errors or warnings in that console? Could you send us a screenshot of these messages?

@mrmickwhite Can you please try to turn off minify from WP-Optimize > Minify and check if it helps to fix the issue?

Yes it loads without the minification of the files

so basically, I cannot use the whole suite of site improvements from WP-Optimize ?

I expect that’s the answer then !!!!

Hi @mrmickwhite,

In Minify > Settings, could you check “Disable Minify for logged-in users”? this will allow you to keep minify enabled for your visitors until we find the issue with Oxygen.
