    Hi there,
    does Robo Gallery usually work well with Oxygen Builder?

    The gallery was recommended to me but when I paste the shortcode into Oxygen shortcode field it only shows a loading bar and not a gallery.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Yes, it’s should work! Do you able to post here link to this page with gallery ?

    I’m using oxygen builder on my page and I don’t have any problem with gallery there.

    Hmm, one of the Oxygen Builder supporters said she hadn’t got Robo Gallery to work until today.

    @dumpjo How did you add Robo Gallery to make it work? Simply by entering the shortcode in the shortcode tool?

    @robosoft Unfortunately I am unable to post a link to the site. I have currently decided on a ACF gallery. Still, I would be interested in the Robo Gallery if it worked in my Oxygen Builder too.

    Actually we don’t have any customers complain about oxygen builder compatibility so far. If you gonna have such problems please share some link with gallery and well help you to fix it.
    In general robo gallery have some compatibility settings and in the case if you’ll have some kind of JS conflicts it’s could be fixed by this options.
    Jut open gallery settings on the left side menu in wordpress admin section. There you’ll see compatibility settings block. So you can play with this switches and check results on page where gallery published.
    Please share here gallery link and we’ll help you to some problems in the case if you’ll have some conflicts.
