Oxygen 4.8.3 Compatibility

  • Oxygen Builder with the 4.8.3 update changes all postmeta keys from ct_*, oxy_*, oxygen_* to?_ct_*, _oxy_*, _oxygen_*. I suppose this changes will impact Relevannsi compatibility.

    Do you have any plan to release an update of your plugin to address this changes?

    Oh, that’s a big change in a minor version! This is the first time I’ve heard of this. Yes, this will break Relevanssi Oxygen compatibility completely.

    For a quick fix, you can edit /lib/compatibility/oxygen.php and change all the field names there. That’s all it takes. For me, it’s more complicated, as I have to keep it backwards compatible. I’ll fix this in a future version, but I can’t promise anything about the schedule, given it’s summer and vacation time.

    Yeah, this update has been a surprise for everbody.
