    Hello,

    Our website is set to Spanish, however the users upon making a purchase with OXXO, are presented a payment voucher (after purchase is completed) in English, not Spanish.

    I’ve looked with LocoTranslate into the translatable strings of WooCommerce Stripe Payment plugin, however, there is no reference of the OXXO voucher on it.

    Am I missing anything? OXXO is a Mexican company, accepted only in Mexico, hence, it should be at least in Spanish..

    Can you send us a screenshot of the available strings from OXXO using Loco Translate?

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.

    You should be able to set the OXXO voucher default language in https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails.

    Thanks for confirming that.

    In the screenshot it shows a debug warning: Translations don't match template. Run sync to update from WooCommerce-gateway-stripe.pot. Also at the bottom of the screen it is showing Translation not loaded.

    Please Sync using the button provided.

    If that doesn’t resolve the issue then please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take a closer look. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Have you also tried placing a test order using guest or incognito mode in your browser? The voucher is generated by Stripe (https://stripe.com/docs/payments/oxxo), so changing the default language in your Stripe account should fix the issue.
