Own html design not work

we are trying to inbuilt our html but its not working <h2> tag marging these are not woring.plase help us. we use inline style also but design not show like html design.

first we create a html page and check the design is ok after that we are going to paste our code in your plugin but PDF is not showing as per our concept.
