Overwrite existing references

    Hi there,
    While trying to update my products through an excel upload, old product/ data doesn’t get overwrited by the new one but instead old and new stand beside eachother. This results in weird filter previews as i’m getting everything twice or more there.

    Is there anyway to overwrite the old data by the new without deleting and uploading everytime?

  • Hi Jon,

    Importing does not overwrite anything. It imports all products as new products. If you’re using the import to update existing products, then you can try just deleting the existing ones and then uploading your spreadsheet. (We suggest taking a backup prior to doing this, just in case.)
