Overview blocked at days before

  • Hi there, here’s my problem.
    If I access to Piwik Stats in WP I see the Overview data blocked to a specific day in the past (May, 2nd).
    How can I refresh it?

    Did you try to disable WP-Piwik’s caching, go to your stats dashboard, and re-enable caching afterwards?

    Caching is located in WP-Piwik’s expert settings.

    If this doesn’t help please check…

    • If the connection to Piwik itself is still working as expected (if you go to the settings page, you should get your current Piwik version)?
    • If Piwik itself continues tracking?
    • If you are using specific caching plugins?
