Oversize company logo on job posting page

Hi Support, I have read another post on this topic but I did not see a resolution except a css entry from a different theme’s support.

I am using Moto Themes and I have the same problem. When I add a company logo it shows up huge at the top of the job post page. See here https://ycondemand.com/job/yellow-cab-driver-3/
I either need to find a way to remove it from the top or remove the option from the left hand side of the current job openings page. see here https://ycondemand.com/yc-on-demand-jobs/
