Overriding WordPress globals is prohibited. Found assignment to $tax

    Hi!

    I’m using overriding for WooCommerce files and in the file woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php I get the error when I’m checking my theme with Theme Sniffer:

    69 ERROR Overriding WordPress globals is prohibited. Found assignment to $tax

    But I’m using original WooCommerce code it those strings where has $tax been using.

    May I to ignore the error?

    Yes, since this is a template, you can ignore this. Although I think WooCommerce no longer recommends adding templates to themes, but rather using hooks for modifications.

    Yes, but not everything can be modified using hooks and actions, unfortunately.
