Overriding MEC Skin Templates

    I’m trying to override MEC Skin Templates, however, I can’t make it work.

    First of all I put a customized copy of /wp-content/plugins/modern-events-calendar/app/skins/list/render.php on /wp-content/themes/divi-child/webnus/modern-events-calendar/app/skins/list/render.php.

    When I use the list shortcode it renders the plugin version of render.php file instead of the customized theme version
