Overriding Global settings and users and autoposting

    A have a couple bugs and requests:

    1. turn Enable Facebook Publishing for automatically created posts? off by default. If it turned on, plugin is spamming messages on every available timeline even on automatic save unpublished post. I don’t think it is a correct behaviour.
    If the setting is turned off, all seems to be all right until someone saves a post as “pending review” – plugin publishes an empty post to facebook timeline and it is not good.

    2. Please, do possible locking Facebook Pages setting. It is not good if another user of my blog can post to MY timeline or to other pages linked with my facebook profile by Overriding Global settings.
