Override user profile link

  • Iuse Ultimate members and MailPoet
    Since I don′t have a paid veriosn of UM, I cannot integrate MailPoet into the UM-profile page.

    I′m fine with that!
    I have created a link to the Mailpoet subscription page on the UM-member profile, so the user can access his/her subscription page. Now here′s my problem…!

    On the MailPoet subscription page, there is a link for editing user e-mail. The link takes the user to the account page. I want to remove this link because it directs the user to the wp-account. I want the user to be directed to the UM-account!

    The link is within a short code, so I cannot remove it maually.

    I need a CSS that removes the complete line with the link.

    Please help!

    We don’t provide CSS customizations (or any customizations) of our plugin, so in this case, I would recommend taking a look at the CSS display rules here:

    – https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_class_display.asp

    Especially the “display: none” one, which is normally used to hide elements by using CSS.

    If you need further help, you can reach out to someone from Codeable or Upwork, so they can provide a custom code for your needs.

    I fail to see how that is helpful?
    As I understand, the css ”none” will only work if I can access the code within the short code. Or am I missing something??

    I’m looking for a css that hides a line that is coded within the short code.

    Or maybe transform the short code to html, then hides the line that I want to remove…

    I’m afraid we won’t be able to assist with such customization further and this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
