Override PP_linklog class

Thanks for this very good plugin !

I made a little change into the plugin (inc/class-link-log.php file) on a personal website. I created a database column and fill it with data customizing function redirect().

However, I’d like to keep it like that even when the plugin is updated. How to override PP_linklog class or function redirect() ?
