Override page title & meta content on specific page

Hi there,

I have a project I am working on that requires me to override the page title & meta content for a specific page. I am using a page called /listings/ and accepting a url parameter with rewrite rules so the URL looks like /listings/838383-something-street/

As you know this will treat all the ‘virtual’ pages as the /listings/ page which isn’t optimal as I would like to render all of these pages with optimised meta content.

Is there a way for me to override everything that the plugin is going to render on the page and intercept it all with my own data?
