Override Issue

  • Hello,
    When I put all the data on the checkout (name, address, EMAIL), Then procced to PayPal checkout they ask me again to fill all the previous data, I don’t know if it’s the same one that called guest mode feature or not

    Hello @wajdram,
    PayPal should ask to do the login with the PayPal account.
    If the customers don’t have an account, to complete the payment have to fill out the form.

    Hello Emanulela,
    The issue is I’m selling a digital products and when the client enters a different email in PayPal’s page it overrides the one that already entered on the website without noticing.
    The email that includes the product’s data would only go to the one that entered in the PayPal’s page not what the customer wanted to in the website.
    Imagine that you used your friend’s PayPal account, the product would be sent to them, not you.
