Override file in child theme

  • Good morning.
    Please, I will like to override the file class-xoo-aff.php to avoid loading icons because they are overriding ours. I tried to follow the same path order in ours child theme, but this is not working. How can we override it?
    The path is: waitlist-woocommerce/xoo-form-fields-fw/includes/class-xoo-aff.php
