Override blog archive page

    Hi! I am trying to set a page created with gutenberg in the reading settings of WordPress which should work as a page containing all the articles but when it is set the layout refers to the “standard” one of the Astra theme (which it takes from the theme settings). Is there a possibility of being able to “trick” this thing? I need to put some content (such as cover image) on the page. Thank you

  • Hi @raffaelloventrella,

    It is actually the expected behavior. When we assign a page as the Post page, from Settings > Reading, WordPress will “take cover” of it and the page will use the default theme layout.

    You can add any content on the Post page, however, this feature is not available on the Astra free.
