Override Apply Button link

I’d like to override the “Apply Now” button so that all of my job posts link to the same URL, without having to enter that URL for each individual job post. I’ve edited the job-application.php file so that application button links directly to the URL that is entered in the job post.

What I can’t figure out is how to override the need to add the URL to every job post, since the URL will always be the same.
