Overnight a random "Browse" and "Upload" bar appeared on website and login page.

Currently, when our theme is activated we have a random bar across the top of the login page that has a “Browse” button, the words “No file chosen”, and a Submit button. We are unable to log in. In order to log in at all, we have to go through our hosting site, into the SQL, and manually change the theme to “Twentyfourteen.” Then the random bar at the top of the page disappears and we can log in. Of course our website looks terrible because it is being forced into the wrong theme. What happened over night? We contact host. They said it is a theme conflict. What do we do?
