Overloaded Links in wp_##_yoast_seo_links table in the DB

Hi,
After a email from my hosting provider told me about a errors with My website’s databases and they have been forced to temporarily restrict access to MySQL for ##, so I checked all database tables and I found that Yoast creating so many link in DB table yoast_seo_links – sized over 12,5 MB (links that did not exist on my website for a plugin that transfert all external link to internal link and I deleted it For a while).

So, Can I delete the entire table without any issue. Or how can I fix this Overloaded Links.
