Overlay Position Issue

what I can see on the page is that the label appears above the header and not scrolling away below it. Do you mean this?

You can try to add a css rule like this to your theme:

.isc-source-text { z-index: 99 !important; }

The css rule solved the label from showing on top of the header but the issue I referred to is different and can be seen in the screenshots:

Unfortunately, I don’t have a concrete idea how to fix this, but would be glad if other users saw this post and helped out here.
