    I am having an issue with overlapping text. I’ve searched previous threads and tried everything mentioned in those, but I haven’t had the same luck as previous people have. I’ve disabled ALL other plugins, and that made no difference. I refreshed the fonts (I can’t remember what it’s specifically called) but that didn’t work either.
    There is some strange issue with the temp folder, but where a folder location is supposed to be mentioned, it’s a blank space.

    Here is another notice

    I’m not sure what changed, but we had an order placed last week and the plugin was working fine

    Hello Lindsey,
    Because it’s weekend we haven’t been able to respond yet, so I’ll do a short answer for now.

    This is certainly due to the temp folder issue you identified. For some reason you temp folder is set to the root of your server, which is not writable from your account (which would be the case for many hosting setups). The only explanation I can give for this is that the folder was overridden with the wpo_wcpdf_tmp_path. Is this something you have done or is there anyone else that works on this site that may have setup that filter (in your theme functions.php). Or are you aware of any other customizations made to the upload folder structure?

    Fixed it: If anyone else needs the fix, I needed to define the UPLOADS folder in the wp-config.php file.
    define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘wp-content/uploads’ );

    Thanks for sharing that Lindsay! I’m still a bit puzzled why that was required at all, the UPLOADS constant is a way of overriding the default location that WordPress uses which should be fine unless you really need an alternative location.

    Anyway, I’m glad that you were able to resolve this issue and I hope it will help others too.

    All the best with your store!
