When I click on the photo on the product page, two photos open on top of each other. When I want to close the photo, I have to press the close icon twice. For example, you can try it by clicking on the product photo on the product page I provided in the link.

    Hi @atlantis1525

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

Thanks very much for the quick reply. As you said, I found that the problem was caused by the elementor plugin. Since I designed the site with the plugin, I do not want to remove this plugin. I am using Hello elementor theme. Do you have any recommendations for settings or codes?

    Hi @atlantis1525,

I understand you do not want to remove the Elementor plugin from your store, as it is responsible for your store’s design.

In that case, as Elementor is a third-party plugin, here are a few general steps you can try to see if it helps in your situation:

    1. Ensure both WooCommerce and Elementor are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Clear your site and browser cache.
    3. If you have any additional plugins, temporarily deactivate them, leaving only WooCommerce and Elementor to see if the issue persists.
    4. If the issue persists after following the above steps, I’d recommend reaching out to Elementor support for further assistance.

    I hope this helps.
