Overlapping issue with compact layout

We have checked the shared screenshots, and it looks like it might be a CSS issue with one of your other plugins or with your current theme, so please try to deactivate your other plugins one by one to check the issue and also try to change your current theme if possible. It should work for you.

I tried disabling all plugins except for cool timeline and still the same issue. Also tried switching themes. The issue also happens on the compact layout demo on your website:

It might be your current browser issue, please try to open the same links on different browsers, because at our end it was working fine, normally this issue comes from the cache of your site and your browser, but as your said you have cleared your cache and not working then you can add this custom css to the plugin for adding extra spaceing at the top of the story for your compact layout.
