• I am so disappointed in the fact that this company consistently bills for the wrong price and leaves me with no license until they may or may not resolve the issue. I just had a failed renewal so going to their website to manually process results in the full $349 price showing up for renewal instead of the discounted rate that they advertise when you sign up for the first time. Then the Renewal text on their form is on a separate line from the word cancel (on my giant screen, wrapping is coded into it) So hitting renewal actually is hitting “Cancel
    Renewal”.

    Because the renewal price suddenly changes every year for me. Keep your billing documents and make sure you are not getting double charged or charged the wrong renewal price.

    Eventually the company sorted out their issue with their billing vendor and made good on the issues. I lost a couple days work on a new project and had begun to look for similar solutions in a simple page builder. In general I like this product so I am happy to have this resolved satisfactorily.

    Hi Brian, Sorry to hear about your experience. In our sales and billing, we rely on stripe payment gateway. It is widely used and reliable product, but there was an issue with it during the specific license renewal. We did not have a control over it and would like to apologise for it. We follow best business practises and definitely do not want to overcharge you.
