Overall rating not showing up on sidebar

    Hi all,

    For one of the pages I manage, the YASR plugin is working very well within posts; however, when I try to add the “YASR Overall Rating” or “YASR Visitor Votes” widgets to the sidebar, nothing shows up. The other widgets are there but not the YASR ones. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi!

    Seems like everything is working fine (see screenshoot https://snipboard.io/ngvST1.jpg ) maybe a problem with the cache?

    Thank you for the quick reply! I must have misunderstood, I thought that widget would show the top-rated posts on the homepage. My site will be a movie review site, so I was hoping to show the top-rated movies on the sidebar. Is this possible somehow?

    It is!

    You need an external plugin that allows to insert shortcodes in sidebar (e.g. like this ) and insert this shortcode [yasr_top_ten_highest_rated]

    And you’re set!
